Rajiv Parekh

General Partner & Architect

Rajiv has 20+ years of experience at the intersection of architecture, design, and entrepreneurship. As Founding Partner of reD Architects, he has delivered award-winning projects across luxury homes, institutional campuses, and corporate offices for clients like SoftBank and ChrysCapital. He has been featured on the AD100 list for seven consecutive years and nominated for the World Architecture Festival Award. He has also founded CraftreD and FR Kitchens, ventures focused on high-quality, scalable home solutions. His deep network across promoters, vendors, and end-users offers sharp insight into product- market fit. Rajiv holds a Master’s in Architecture from Pratt Institute, New York, and a Bachelor’s from KRVIA, Mumbai.

Gopal Modi

General Partner

With 25 years of experience spanning startup investing, investment banking, operations, and engineering-led construction, Gopal blends company-building with strategic capital allocation. He has achieved two successful exits, most recently selling a firm to a listed Spanish company in 2024. As advisor to Bygging India Ltd., one of India’s leading tall- structure firms, he led its acquisition and steered profitability through COVID19. A founding member of Orios Venture Partners, he raised $73M domestically and supported portfolio growth and operations. Earlier, he led belowtheline marketing at J.Walter Thompson India and scaled ecommerce at Flora2000.com. Gopal began his career building India’s first private LPG venture, exiting in 1997. He holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.

Satya Bansal

General Partner

Satya brings over 30 years of leadership across investment management, private banking, and capital markets. He served as the CEO of Barclays Private Bank India for over a decade, where he built the wealth platform for HNIs and family offices. Earlier, he led Private Banking for Southeast Asia at ICICI Bank managing a $1.5B proprietary book and was part of the founding team behind ICICI Direct. An active angel investor, he has backed 20+ startups across geographies, including social impact ventures. Satya also advises family boards on strategy and succession. He is a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Deep Kothari

Vice President

Deep has over 12+ years of experience across deal-making, investment structuring, portfolio management and strategy, and regulatory framework, with a specific focus on financial services and venture capital. He has led full-cycle of investments, from term sheets to compliance closure and advised on AVMs, fund administration (NAV, IRR, MOIC, TVPI computation), and governance. Previously at Orios Venture Partners, he led fund compliance, operational execution and investment structuring. He has also held mid-level to senior roles at PwC, Dhruva Advisors, and Bansi Mehta, advising AIFs (Cat I, II and III), NBFCs, FPIs, and other financial entities. A Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s in commerce and LL.B., Deep also holds the NISM-Series-XIX-C: Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification, adding to his strong regulatory and fund management credentials.

Satyam Goyal

Investment Manager

Satyam Goyal holds a Major in Computer Science and a Minor in Electronics Engineering from LNM IIT, Jaipur. He has also cleared two levels of the CFA Program. He began his career in Public Equities, with experience spanning PIPE deals, turnaround strategies, and derivatives trading. At Blue Ashva Capital, he focuses on private market investments, with a particular instinct for assessing people as much as businesses. Satyam approaches investing with a systems mindset — combining technical depth, market experience, and a strong instinct for human capital. He plays an active role in shaping Blue Ashva’s strategy across investments, portfolio, and brand. In addition to investment responsibilities, Satyam oversees the firm’s marketing initiatives, technology stack, and contributes to talent acquisition.
